CANVAS & WALL PANELS

Canvas, metal, and wood mounting are great options to traditional photo papers and framing.  They are a more cost effective way to create and sell works of art that are ready to hang without requiring the added expense of custom framing, which can be costly.  The archive-ability of canvas and wall panels is just as good as traditional photo papers - in terms of pigment applied to the medium.  Thus, the limiting factor in the life of a canvas or wall panel is the material the print is on.

All of our metal prints and wood mounts are laminated and are available in luster, matte, and glossy finishes, and all include either a back plate, back frame, or are fitted so they come ready to hang on your wall.  With our clear tough UV laminate protective surface, grease, dust, and moisture wipe right off.  Our canvas prints are all stretched on either a 1" or 1.5 frame, and are fitted with wire so they too come ready to hang.  You also have the option of your canvas prints coming to your with mirrored (most popular), black, or white edges.  All of these options are available on our Order Form page.  Thank you for choosing, Bradley Print Services.

Metal Print • Archival Aqueous ink

Our metal prints are true aqueous ink prints. Yet, most today are dye sublimation prints. Dye-sub prints are made by way of a transfer medium that's run through the printer, and is then pressed on to the metal substrate with a heat press.  It's like an iron on t-shirt.  In short, aqueous inks are more stable and archival than dye inks, and by printing directly to the surface of the metal, we believe our prints have finer texture and detail.

Canvas

Unlike most places that make canvas, we print on the new line of Epson fine-art solvent printers.  These printers deliver inks that are more durable, but are just as vibrant as their pigment-ink delivering counterparts.  As a result, our canvas prints do not require a coating to protect or bring the colors to life. The cost of canvas listed on our Pricing page includes wrapping. If you want your canvas to be sent to you unwrapped, just send us a note when filling out our form on our Order Prints page.

Float mount

Float mounts are created by printing on our Hahnenmühle Luster paper first, which is then mounted on an acid-free wood.  The "float" is created with a beveled back frame that's allows the wood to hang securely and 1" away from the wall. An extra cut of beveled wood is sent to you with the final piece for you to mount on your wall, which provides a perfect resting place for your float mount.

plaque mount

Float mounts are created by printing on our Hahnenmühle Luster paper first, which is then mounted on an acid-free wood. Plaque mounts are made with no backing and are designed to sit flush against a wall.  The back of the wood has keyhole slots in the wood so they are ready to hang.

Box mount

Box mounts are created by printing on our Hahnenmühle Luster paper first, which is then mounted on an acid-free wood.  The box with prints larger than 11x14 is hollow, and prints smaller have a solid wood block behind them.  The hollow box's are created with a beveled back frame that's allows the wood to hang flush and securely on the wall. An extra cut of beveled wood is sent to you with the final piece for you to mount on your wall, which provides a perfect resting place for your float mount.
